1.	Open an OKPAY account To get started you need to register with OKPAY and verify it. Then deposit a minimum of US$15 in your OKPAY account, or US$70 if you choose to have your OKPAY Debit Card delivered by courier. We do not charge anything for the card manufacturing, shipping and handling - this money is what we must pay the postal service for delivering your card.
2.	Order your debit card To order the card, log in to your OKPAY account and fill in the order form.
3.	Receive your card and activate it Once you have your card delivered, you will need to activate it. Press the “Activate Card” button and wait until the system accepts your data.
